The Grizzly Paw Brewing Company is on the hunt for a strong, steady, hospitality-loving human to join the Bar Crew at TANK310.Perched above the brewery with some of the best views in Canmore, TANK310 is where craft beer, elevated food, and memorable guest experiences come together. And we need someone who can help serve up an elevated experience.You’ll be reporting to our Bar Manager and  the Director of Brewery Hospitality (your fearless leaders)

Job Description 

This is a position for a detailed oriented individual, able to multitask, work efficiently and deliver high level service in a fast paced work environment in a premier level brewery restaurant

Main Duties

 Serving food and liquor responsibly, while providing guests with a excellent dining experience. Must be knowledgeable in our products, brand, and local area

 Perform tasks such as cleaning, stocking, organizing, ordering & inventory

 Prepare drinks for service team as well as own products

 Aid in creation of beverage menus 

 Ensuring safety of our guests by verifying age and identification, responsible liquor serving.

 Ensuring comfort of our guests by delivering timely, thoughtful and friendly customer service

 Accurately taking orders and engaging all patrons while promoting our products and sharing extensive beverage knowledge

 Be familiar and personable to locals and our regular guests including Mug Club Members

Qualifications

• Proven high volume bartending experience 
• Strong hospitality instincts and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Someone who can multitask without melting
• A natural problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A team-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Current ProServe certification
• Passion for craft beer and the hospitality industry (critical)
• Bonus points if you have...
