Job Description

• Efficiently cleans and inspects dishware before storing.
• Stocks stations according to demand.
• Regularly cleans and sanitizes station
• Maintains cleanliness in all storage spaces
• Understands and maintains chemicals at proper volumes.

Job Requirements

• Experience in a high volume kitchen is an asset
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Food safe certification is an asset
• Must be self driven, and have great communication skills
