Job Description

• Reports to Executive, and Sous chefs
• Prepare meals according to specifications
• Stock stations according to FIFO
• Regularly clean and sanitize stations
• Maintain cleanliness in all storage spaces

Job Requirements

• Experience in a high volume kitchen is an asset
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Food safe certification is an asset
• Must be self driven, and have great communication skills
• Must be able to work kitchen closing shifts. 

Education:

• High School Diploma preferred
