Our 20,000 sq ft space is where great beer meets mountain vibes, featuring a lively pub, restaurant, taproom, and event venue that welcomes everyone from beer buffs to casual visitors.

The Role: As a Taproom Server and Beer Ambassador you'll be our go-to team member, wearing multiple hats as you pour pints, guide tours, and create awesome experiences for our guests. From the taproom and retail shop to interactive tours and guided tastings, you'll share your beer passion while juggling different responsibilities with a smile. If you love craft beer and thrive in a dynamic environment, this multifaceted role is perfect for you.

What You'll Do: 

•  Make every guest's visit special with your warm service and beer smarts
•  Share your love of craft beer while leading fun, engaging tours and tastings
•  Run point on retail - from ringing up sales to keeping our merch displays fresh and inviting
•  Serve up stellar food and drinks while sharing your beer expertise with guests
•  Handle brewery sales and paperwork like a pro 
•  Jump in to help with brewery ops and special events when needed
•  Keep our space spotless - we take pride in every corner 
•  Be a champion for safe, responsible service (it's what we're all about!)
•  Build awesome connections with every department
•  Help us stay green with smart, sustainable choices every day What You Bring:
•  Must be 18 or older * 1-2 years serving or retail experience
•  Valid ProServe certification (AGLC) 
•  Love for craft beer and desire to learn more 
•  Cicerone certification - we'll help you get certified!
•  Know your way around TouchBistro, EKOS, and Microsoft Office (training provided)
•  Bonus points for hospitality education
•  Great people skills and natural sales ability
