This is a position for a detailed oriented individual, able to multitask, work efficiently and deliver high level service in a fast paced work environment in a premier level brewery restaurant
Main Duties
Welcoming guests to the restaurant and kickstarting their dining experience. Must be knowledgeable in our products, brand, and local area
Perform daily tasks such as cleaning, stocking, organizing
Communicate to team members important information (section changes, out of stock items)
Ensuring comfort of our guests by delivering timely, thoughtful and friendly customer service
Accurately taking reservations and keeping the restaurant floor organized while maximizing seating availability
Outstanding communication skills and great phone etiquette
Qualifications
Position requires walking/standing for extended periods of time
Position may require heavy lifting up to 160.5lbs (furniture, etc.)
Strong hospitality experience in a fast paced environment
Must possess a current Proserve status
Team player with a positive Attitude
Strong Beer Culture Knowledge
