Warehouse Production Colleague

The Grizzly Paw Pub and Brewing Co.
Canmore, Alberta

Last Day to Apply: February 28, 2025

Join The Grizzly Paw Brewing Company as a Production Colleague!

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of craft beer and soda? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help us keep the good times flowing!

What’s Brewing for You?

  • A fun and dynamic work environment
  • The chance to be part of a passionate and supportive team
  • And the cherry on top? One free pint at the end of each shift! 🎉

Your Daily Pour:

  • Fulfill orders, package, and assemble our delicious beer and soda (think of it as adult LEGO!)
  • Keep our warehouse sparkling clean and organized (Marie Kondo would be proud)
  • Multitask like a pro and lift loads up to 165lbs (those kegs need some muscle!)
  • Work both independently and as part of a team, with occasional shift work and longer hours (because beer waits for no one)
  • Drive vans and forklifts (training provided in-house, so you can channel your inner race car driver, not)
  • Operate a variety of equipment including keg machinery, filters, canning lines, and packaging equipment (you’ll be a jack-of-all-trades)
  • Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed diligently (safety first, beer second)
  • Work in confined spaces and varying temperatures (hot and cold, just like your favorite brew)
  • Complete daily cleaning and maintenance tasks (because a clean brewery is a happy brewery)
  • Ask questions and seek guidance when needed (no question is too hoppy)
  • Support and train colleagues as required (teamwork makes the dream work)
  • Maintain proper audit track records and follow company policies (because we like to keep things legit)
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all supporting departments (we’re all in this together)
  • Take on other duties and projects as assigned (because variety is the spice of life)

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is a plus (bonus points if you can tell a stout from a porter)
  • Warehouse/Supply Chain experience and handy skills (you’re basically a superhero)
  • Eligibility to legally work in Canada (we don’t want any trouble with the Mounties)
  • A valid driver’s license (because you’ll be driving more than just your coworkers crazy)

If you’re ready to be part of something special and make every shift a brew-tiful one, apply now!
